CASA DE ORIO HOUSE MARTINI
SERVES: 1
Cocktail hour is a refined ritual that transcends merely indulging in a drink. It is a pause in our day’s rhythm, signifying the shift from work to relaxation. In solitude it provides respite from our hurried pace, while in company it fosters conversation and conviviality. Whether your cocktail hour inspires connection or quiet reflection, the classic martini lies at the heart of this tradition — a timeless symbol of understated sophistication. The clean lines and bracing clarity of the martini embody a timeless elegance and evokes a era where taking time for companionship, conversation and a well-crafted cocktail took center stage. In my home, my husband and I like to transition from our work day with a proper pre-prandial cocktail where we connect, discuss our day and ease into the evening. Like my husband, this martini, is a classic.
